Southshore Shops is a 35,000 square foot retail property on Hull Street Road in Chesterfield County. Located west of the Hull Street Road/288 intersection, this project is poised to capitalize on the tremendous residential growth underway in that part of the County. At last check, Chesterfield County had issued 19,000 residential building permits for the area surrounding the site. Buffalo Wild Wings has opened a freestanding 6,500 square foot restaurant as the lead tenant for the project.
