Promenade Shops is a 40,000 square foot, upscale, specialty retail center located directly across West Broad Street from Richmond's newest mall, the 1,200,000 square-foot Short Pump Town Center. This new mall is anchored by Nordstrom's, Hecht's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Saxon Shoes and Dillard's. The Promenade Shops has 450 feet of frontage on West Broad Street at one of the primary access points to the mall.
