In 1992, while completing course work for his MBA, Marc began working on retail development projects as a leasing agent for Menin Development Company where he was responsible for the leasing of ten retail projects representing over 1,000,000 square feet of space. During his time with Menin, Marc was able to maintain occupancy rates for the portfolio of well over 90%. Marc joined Blackwood Development Company as a partner in 2001 and has been involved in all aspects of retail real estate development and acquisition including identifying potential sites for development, analysis of possible acquisition opportunities and leasing and managing an expanding portfolio of primary retail shopping centers.
