Bill began his management career at Cedar Tree Management Company (Joplin, Missouri) in 2000 where he managed a mixture of office, industrial and retail properties totaling 750,000 square feet. Bill moved to Richmond and joined Blackwood Development Company, Inc. in 2002. For the past six years, Bill has been managing all of the company’s properties, which consist of approximately one million square feet. Bill graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Bill is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®). He has been actively involved with IREM and currently sits on the Board of the local chapter.
